报告题目: First principles calculations of perovskite oxide topological insulator
报告摘要:Topological insulators (TI) is a new class of material which is an insulator for its bulk form, while having non-trivial and robust conducting states occurring in its bulk gap on the edge or surface. Due to the small spin-orbit coupling of oxygen atoms, the TIs are not easily found in oxides compared to the heavy chalcogenides. In this talk, we will present some primary results on the perovskite oxide topological insulator based on the first principles calculations.
