Description: I have worked in the research areas include the characterization of the defects and microstructures in oxide functional materials, semiconductors and metals using HRTEM, and especially focus on the intrinsic connection and evolution behavior in different structure systems of advanced multifunctional materials. My current research interests are in the synthesis and growth mechanism of a range of nanoscale materials .
