Description:Magnetism and magnetic materials;Spintronics materials. The magnetic properties and magnetotransport properties of nanostructured materials and dependence on their microstructure have been studied in recent, such as the small-dimension effect and surface effect of magnetic nano-particles; the magnetic properties of nanowire array; magnetoresistance effect, magnetoopic effect, abnormal Hall’s effect of thin films and granular films; the soft and hard magnetism of nanocrystalline materials; magnetocaloric effect of magnetic materials and the studies of half/semi metals, diluted ferromagnetic semiconductors etc.
